\n1\u3001In principle, midterm and final examinations proceed as scheduled on the school calendar for each semester and are administered by the responsible faculty member during the originally scheduled class period and classroom. <\/span><\/div>\n
For any changes of class period or classroom, please go to the Class Rescheduling System within the Faculty Information System, select T for temporary for the reason category, and in the note specify that this is an adjustment for midterm and\/or final examinations.<\/span><\/div>\n

2\u3001The assessment methods and examination date are decided by the teachers according to their instruction progress. <\/span><\/div>\n
The grade percentages are input into the Percentage System, and the percentage for midterm examination cannot be 0%. <\/span><\/div>\n
If midterm and final examinations are not held during the originally scheduled class session, teachers should communicate thoroughly with their students as to avoid schedule conflict with students\u2019 other class periods or examinations. <\/span><\/div>\n

3\u3001Teachers are to collect and count, correct, and keep the examination papers for each class that they teach, and are to submit the grades by the designated deadlines. <\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
4\u3001Students who have special conditions that results in absence for a midterm or final examination are to apply for leave according with the Regulations for Requesting Leave for Students and the Procedures for Calculation Standards of Students’ Final Grades. <\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
5\u3001Midterm and final examination paper printing matters: <\/span><\/div>\n
(1) Teachers print the teaching materials and examination papers on their own. <\/span><\/div>\n
(2) For a smooth transition of this change, a specialist will assist teachers familiarized with the printing procedures from now up to the end of November. <\/span><\/div>\n
